She also delivers in detail, recipes for dried permissons, herbed mochi, matcha chocolate and discusses the benefits of rice water, camellia oïl and bluefish.
June Fujiwara is a Tokyoite by birth. Falling in love with France, she moved to Paris in 1998, but kept strong ties with her family in Japan, who passed on her Japanese heritage to her.
