Traditional Kintsugi "Standard Class" (fixing broken pieces), by Ai Shimizu
 
Madame Shimizu of Urujyu from Kyoto is offering an advanced class for broken pieces. The "Standard Class" is to learn how to join broken pieces back together using urushi lacquer. You are able to learn all steps within 2 hours instead of several weeks that the process of reparation would normally take.
 
Fee: 220 euros per person for the workshop (including a kintsugi kit)

If you have already purchased an Urujyu kintsugi kit from us (Maison Sato) and you bring it to the class, the class fee will be 120€. We will refund you 100€ after the class.
If you have all suitable materials and tools and you bring them to the class, the class fee will be 140€. We will refund you 80€ after the class.
 
The kit will be provided at the class or you have to bring all suitable materials and tools.
We will provide a broken item for the class (personal objects will not be used).
